Overview
The GV2SN37 is a Schneider TeSys clear pilot light, order code GV2SN37, a neon indicator rated for 380..440 V AC supply. It is designed for direct mounting on TeSys GV2 circuit breakers, providing local clear light signalling of the breaker status. The unit carries an IP55 rating, suitable for panel or enclosure mounting where splash and dust ingress protection is required. It is supplied in a PCE package with a 17.0 mm diameter lens.
Function & operation
Because it is a neon type, the lamp draws minimal current and has a long service life compared to incandescent indicators. The 17.0 mm diameter lens fits standard panel cutouts and is compatible with the GV2 breaker's front bezel.
Applications
This pilot light is used in motor starter combinations and distribution panels where a TeSys GV2 manual motor starter or circuit breaker is installed. Typical environments include industrial control panels, pump stations, conveyors, and machine tools where local visual indication of breaker status is required.
