The Fuji Electric PXF5ACY2-0BVA1 is a self-tuning 1/8 DIN (48 x 96mm) compact temperature and process controller with a 50ms sampling speed. That 50ms sampling means it can track fast thermal events — think injection molding nozzle zones or small furnace elements — where a standard 100ms or 250ms controller would lag and overshoot. The self-tuning algorithm adapts PID parameters during startup, which saves the commissioning engineer a manual loop-tuning session on the first bake-out.
