The K8AB-PM2 monitors for phase loss and incorrect phase sequence on three-phase supplies from 220 to 480 VAC. Two independent SPDT relays (each Form C) provide separate alarm outputs, each rated 6 A at 250 VAC for direct switching of contactor coils or indicator loads. The adjustable delay from 0.1 to 30 seconds prevents nuisance trips during momentary line disturbances.
