Is AO Ctrl an authorized distributor for Siemens?

AO Ctrl operates as an independent stocking distributor and sourcing agent, not a single-brand authorized dealer. This independence allows us to source active, allocation-constrained, and obsolete Siemens parts across the global supply chain without franchise restrictions.

How fast can in-stock Siemens parts be dispatched?

Verified in-stock Siemens components are prioritized for rapid international express dispatch (DHL, FedEx, UPS); exact timing is confirmed per order. Global DDP door-to-door delivery is available to eliminate customs delays for urgent machine-down requirements.

How are used, refurbished, or surplus Siemens components tested?

Every Siemens unit undergoes physical inspection, date code verification, and packaging checks. Refurbished or pull units receive functional power-on bench testing under load with video documentation shared prior to dispatch, supported by our standard warranty.

Can I source discontinued or hard-to-find Siemens parts?

Yes, we specialize in legacy and end-of-life Siemens modules and accessories no longer quoted by factory channels. When direct original units are depleted, our technical team assists with pin-to-pin and functional drop-in cross-references.

How do I request a quote or submit a multi-line Siemens BOM?

Submit your Bill of Materials (BOM) in Excel, CSV, or by entering part numbers in the RFQ form. Our sourcing desk consolidates all Siemens lines into a single competitive quote with firm lead times within one business day.
