Current production — no lifecycle concerns for this BOM line.
The TM-D trip unit gives thermal overload protection (L) and fixed magnetic short-circuit protection (I) — no adjustment dials, so the trip curve is set at the factory. The 100 kA Icu at 690 V AC means this breaker can safely interrupt a fault current up to 100,000 A at that voltage without failing; that's an HB2 breaking capacity code, suited for high-fault installations like large distribution panels or industrial mains. The 3-pole (3P) configuration protects three phases; the device is category A (no intentional short-time delay), so it's for instantaneous tripping applications. Mounts on a backplate — not DIN-rail — so plan for screw-down installation in a panel. The 105 mm width, 161 mm height, and 86 mm depth fit standard ComPacT NSX cutouts. IP40 front face keeps out tools and wires >1 mm; IK07 impact rating handles a 2 J hammer blow.
