The Schneider Electric EasyPact EZC400N4350 is a 4-pole molded case circuit breaker in the EasyPac EZC400N series, rated 400 A at 40 °C and carrying a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit. Its 36 kA Icu at 440 V AC covers most distribution panel fault levels in 400 V networks; the 40 kA Icu at 230 V AC gives headroom on lower-voltage services. The magnetic trip is fixed at 4000 A, so coordination studies need that threshold for selectivity with downstream devices. Fixed mounting on a backplate; front connections top and bottom simplify bus-bar layout.

Mounts fixed to a backplate, not DIN rail — plan for drilled mounting points in the enclosure. Dimensions: 255 mm high, 185 mm wide, 140 mm deep. The 45 mm connection pitch aligns with standard bus-bar spacing. IP20 finger-safe protection is sufficient for enclosed panels but not for washdown environments.
