The Schneider G12T3F25 is a GoPact MCCB 125 — a 3-pole moulded-case circuit breaker with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit rated at 25 A at 40 °C. It's built for distribution duty in fixed-mount panels, with front screw terminals top and bottom. The 10 kA breaking capacity at 415 V AC (50/60 Hz) per EN/IEC 60947-2 means it can safely interrupt fault currents up to that level in a 415 V three-phase system without welding or cascading failure. Suitability for isolation is confirmed to the same standard, so it doubles as a visible-break disconnect.
Ratings you need to care about
The TM-D trip gives you thermal overload (L) and fixed magnetic short-circuit (I) protection; no adjustable magnetic pickup here, so coordination studies need the fixed I²t characteristic. Utilisation category A means it's not intended for frequent switching of motor starts — it's a distribution breaker, not a motor circuit protector. IP20 on the enclosure means it's finger-safe but not washdown-rated.
Fixed mount on a backplate — no DIN-rail adapter here, so plan for screw-down or busbar mounting. Connection pitch is 25 mm, which matches common busbar and lug spacing. The grey RAL 7035 enclosure is the standard industrial grey; if your panel scheme calls for a different colour, this one stays grey. Toggle handle for manual on/off and trip indication.
Current production — no end-of-life notice. The GoPact MCCB 125 range is an active line from Schneider.
