The SOL40-80FASB2 is a molded interphase barrier set — two pieces per pack — designed specifically for the Schneider Electric EasyPact Solar MCCB range, covering the 400 A and 800 A frame sizes. It mounts between the 3P pole connections to maintain phase-to-phase insulation clearance inside the MCCB enclosure, placed either upstream or downstream of the breaker mechanism. Each barrier measures 96 mm wide by 200 mm tall and 2.5 mm thick — a slim profile that slots into the existing pole gap without adding width to the breaker footprint.
This accessory is current production and classified as a spare part within the EasyPact Solar accessory family.
Installation note
The barrier set is a mechanical fit — no wiring involved. Slide each barrier into the interphase slot of the 3P MCCB before bus-bar or cable connections are made. Because it is 2.5 mm thick, verify that the enclosure door or cover panel has clearance for the full 200 mm height when the breaker is mounted in a vertical panel orientation.
