With the PL80A reflector, it reaches 0 to 14 m, which covers most conveyor lanes, pallet detection zones, and automated guided vehicle approach paths. The 500 µs response time and 1000/s signal sequence mean it catches fast-moving parts without missing a count; a 100 mA PNP output drives a PLC input or a small relay directly. Runs on 10 to 30 V DC with ripple tolerance up to 5 V, so it holds steady on a 24 V industrial bus even with a switching supply that's not perfectly clean. IP67 sealing means the optics and electronics survive washdown — food, beverage, or outdoor conveyor lines where hose-down cleaning is routine. The M12 4-pin male connector mates to standard pre-wired cordsets; no panel wiring, just plug and torque.
