The Siemens 3VU2931-4B is an auxiliary contact block that snaps onto the 3VU2.4 and 3VU2.5 series of motor protection circuit breakers.
Two changeover contacts means you get two independent sets of a NO and NC pair each. That is enough to wire a 'breaker tripped' signal to the DCS while also interlocking a downstream contactor — all without adding a separate relay.
