The E3ZLR86OMS: An Omron E3Z retro-reflective sensor with a red laser emitter, PNP output, and an M8 connector. It sits in a 10.8 mm wide housing that matches the rest of the E3Z family – so if you're swapping into an existing E3Z cutout, the footprint is identical. The laser gives you a focused spot that holds a clean return at 7 m even through moderate dust or on glossy targets that would wash an LED beam. 1 ms response handles accumulation and indexing speeds without dropping fast parts. Light-ON or Dark-ON selection is a single mechanical DIP under the lid – no software tool needed.
