What this controller brings to the panel
Omron E5CCTQQ3D5M003 is a 24VAC/DC process and temperature controller that accepts input from RTD and thermocouple types B, E, J, K, L, N, PLII, R, S, T, U, and W. Output side gives you three relay contacts and two voltage pulse outputs for driving external SSRs. The two dedicated SSR outputs let you run dual heating/cooling loops or two-zone control without adding a separate SSR module. RS-485 port with Modbus or CompoWay/F protocol ties into the line control network. The front panel is rated IP66, so it handles washdown in food or beverage lines. Panel cutout is a standard 45mm square – fits existing holes and the supplied gasket keeps water out.
Lead time is quoted to factory schedule; send an RFQ for the quantity you need. If your line is already running an E5CC-T, keep one of these in the cabinet – the heater fault detection can flag a failed SSR before the next batch is scrap.
