Omron EE-SF5 is a reflective photoelectric sensor with a 5 mm sensing range, using a phototransistor output for direct interface with PLC digital inputs or relay coils. It mounts to a panel or chassis, keeping the optical axis fixed relative to the target. Phototransistor output rated for collector-emitter voltage of 30 V and forward current of 50 mA. Forward voltage drop across the LED emitter is 1.2 V.
