The Omron EE-SPW321 is a through-beam photomicrosensor with a built-in amplifier, delivering a 300 mm sensing range and NPN output—built for the pit. The pulse-modulated GaAs IR LED (940 nm) shrugs off ambient light and vibration, so it holds alignment on a crusher chute or conveyor transfer point. Pre-wired with 2 m main cable and a 0.5 m emitter-to-amplifier fly lead; the short fly lead means the amplifier mounts close to the sensing head, which keeps the wiring tidy on vibrating panels.
