What it is and where it fits
The G730-VID08-B DC24 is an 8-point digital input module in Omron's G730 series, designed for use with C200H and C500 series PLC racks. It accepts 24 VDC field wiring and terminates via screw terminals. The module is chassis-mounted and carries CSA and UL approvals.
Integration notes
Mounts directly into a C200H or C500 rack — no adapter or backplane change needed. Supply is 24 VDC nominal; verify polarity before energizing. The operating range is 0°C to 55°C, so keep it away from heat sources inside the cabinet. Screw terminals accept standard field wiring; no special tooling required.
