It combines a 45 A thermal-magnetic MCB (C-curve) with a 30 mA earth-leakage trip, all in a 1P+N format for TN earthing systems on 50 Hz AC networks.
The 45 A rated current at 50 °C is the continuous load the RCBO can carry without tripping on thermal overload. The 30 mA earth-leakage sensitivity provides additional protection against electric shock for final circuits — standard for socket-outlet circuits and general-purpose power in most commercial installations. The integrated earth-leakage block means one device does both jobs, saving a DIN-rail position compared to a separate MCB + RCCB pair. Limitation class 3 means the RCBO limits let-through energy (I²t) well, reducing stress on downstream equipment during a short-circuit. The 5000-cycle electrical durability and 20,000-cycle mechanical durability are typical for a distribution RCBO — not a motor-switching duty cycle, but fine for occasional manual operation and fault clearing. IP20 rated — protected against solid objects over 12 mm, no water ingress protection. This is a panel-inside device; it lives behind an enclosure door.
Integration notes
Occupies 2 x 18 mm module pitches. Strip length 13 mm. Padlockable with a Ø 4 mm padlock for lockout/tagout. The contact position indicator shows ON/OFF status visibly on the toggle. Rated for TN earthing systems. Device location in the system is marked as outgoer — it's a final-circuit protective device, not a main switch or incomer.
