It combines a 16 A thermal-magnetic trip unit (C-curve, magnetic trip 5–10 × In) with integrated 30 mA earth-leakage protection in a single 36 mm wide module that clips onto DIN rail.
The 16 A rated current with C-curve characteristic means the unit holds steady-state loads up to 16 A and trips instantaneously on faults between 5 and 10 times rated current (80–160 A). This suits mixed resistive-inductive loads — lighting banks, small motor circuits, socket-outlet groups — where inrush is moderate but not purely resistive.
Panel integration
Terminals accept 1–16 mm² rigid or 1–10 mm² flexible conductors; wire stripping length is 15 mm and tightening torque is 2 N·m. IP20 on the body, IP40 inside a modular enclosure.
Limitation class 3 for energy let-through. Electrical and mechanical durability rated at 20,000 cycles each.
