The Schneider Electric A9DH3610 is an Acti9 iCV40N residual current circuit breaker with overcurrent protection (RCBO) — one module-wide, 1P+N, rated 10 A with 30 mA earth-leakage sensitivity and a B tripping curve. Breaking capacity is 6000 A Icn at 230 V AC, 50/60 Hz, per EN/IEC 61009-2-1, limitation class 3. That means it clears a fault fast enough to limit let-through energy — useful for downstream coordination in a residential or light commercial final-distribution board. The thermal-magnetic trip unit gives a magnetic threshold of 3 to 5 × In, so on a 10 A unit it trips instantaneously between 30 A and 50 A.
It carries EAC quality label and conforms to EN/IEC 61009-2-1, overvoltage category III per IEC 60364, pollution degree 3. These are the standards that govern its use in fixed-installation final circuits.
Panel fit & wiring
Mounts via clip-on to DIN rail. Dimensions are 85 mm high × 36 mm wide × 73 mm deep — the 36 mm width (4 × 9 mm pitches) is standard for a 1P+N RCBO in the Acti9 range, so it occupies one position in a multi-row distribution board. Wire strip length 14 mm. Neutral is on the left. IP20 on the body, IP40 inside the modular enclosure — fine for dry indoor panels. Rated for 20000 electrical and 20000 mechanical cycles.
