The A9KR12225BQ: The 25 A rated current (In) sets the continuous load limit for the downstream circuit — sized for a branch feeding multiple socket outlets or small lighting groups, not a single high-draw appliance. The 100 mA sensitivity is less sensitive than the common 30 mA type; it is chosen for circuits where nuisance tripping from cable leakage or equipment inrush would otherwise shut down a process line. The 8/20 µs impulse withstand of 200 A (per EN/IEC 61008-1) means it survives surge events common in industrial mains without false tripping. Voltage-independent tripping technology means the device does not require an external power source to detect a fault; it uses the fault energy itself to open the contacts. Pollution degree 2 assumes non-conductive pollution with occasional condensation, typical for clean indoor panels.
Panel integration
Clip-on mounting to DIN rail (35 mm symmetrical rail per EN 60715). Terminals accept 1-35 mm² rigid or 1-25 mm² flexible conductors (biconnect top and bottom). Neutral is on the left. The toggle control provides manual on/off and reset after a trip.
Designed and tested to IS 12640-1, EN/IEC 61008-1, and EN/IEC 61008-2-1.
