The 20 A continuous rating handles distribution circuits up to that load. Breaking capacity is dual-rated: 6 kA Icn at 400 V AC per EN/IEC 60898-1 for general distribution, and 10 kA Icu at 400–415 V AC per IEC 60947-2 for industrial panel duty. Thermal-magnetic trip technology combines a bimetal element for overload protection (time-delayed) with a solenoid for short-circuit protection (instantaneous).
Where it goes in the panel
Clip-on mounting to DIN rail, 6 module pitches (9 mm each = 54 mm wide). Tunnel terminals accept 0.33–10 mm² flexible or 0.75–16 mm² rigid copper, with a 2 N·m tightening torque and 13 mm strip length — typical for panel-builder wiring practice.
