That 10 kA AC figure is the standard for most commercial distribution boards in markets following IEC 60947-2; the DC rating is useful for battery-backed or UPS-coupled panels where the fault current can be higher than a typical AC-only MCB handles. Rated for overvoltage category IV and pollution degree 3, so it's suited for the main incoming position in an industrial panel, not just sub-distribution.
