The Schneider Electric A9N3P32BGN is a 3-pole miniature circuit breaker from the Acti9 xC60 range, rated at 32 A with a B tripping curve (magnetic trip threshold 3 to 5 x In).
B curve and thermal-magnetic trip
The B curve (3–5 x In) means the magnetic trip reacts between 96 A and 160 A for a 32 A breaker. That suits resistive or lighting loads with low inrush — think heater banks, incandescent or LED lighting strings, general socket circuits. The thermal-magnetic trip unit handles the overload side via a bimetal strip; the magnetic coil clears short-circuits.
Clip-on mounting on 35 mm DIN rail. Tightening torque 3.5 N·m. The biconnect bottom terminal allows daisy-chaining without extra links — useful when feeding a downstream load from the same phase. IP20 finger-safe protection; the white housing carries an ON/OFF indicator for local status.
