Arc-fault detection RCBO for final circuits
It occupies a single 36 mm DIN-rail module (4 x 9 mm pitches) and clips directly onto the rail. The 10,000 A Icn breaking capacity at 230 V AC 50 Hz (conforming to EN/IEC 61009-2-1) covers most residential and light commercial fault levels. The 1P+N configuration switches the phase and monitors the neutral, with the neutral position on the left. This unit also includes arc-fault detection (AFDD functionality per EN/IEC 62606), so it responds to series and parallel arcs that a standard thermal-magnetic trip would miss. The trip unit is thermal-magnetic for overcurrent and earth leakage protection, with event management covering earth leakage and overload events. Local signalling shows ON, OFF, fault trip LED, and arc fault diagnostic status on the front face. Accuracy for the measurement functions — voltage, current, active power, power factor — is ±2% for voltage and current, ±5% for power. The device is tropicalised to severity B (28 days, IEC 60068-2-30) and rated for pollution degree 2, with an operating altitude of 2000 m. Relative humidity tolerance is 95% at 55 °C.
Clip-on mounting to standard DIN rail; cable entry from top and bottom. The white (RAL 9003) housing matches standard Acti9 panel aesthetics.
Standards compliance: EN/IEC 62606 (arc-fault detection), EN/IEC 61009-1 and EN/IEC 61009-2-1 (RCBO). Limitation class 3. Overvoltage category III. Targeted country: India.
