What it is and where it fits
The A9Z04463 is a 4-pole residual current circuit breaker (RCCB) from Schneider Electric’s Acti9 ID K range. It protects against earth faults in AC networks, rated 63 A continuous with 300 mA sensitivity, Type A (pulsating DC and AC residual currents). Voltage-independent trip coil means it clears faults even if the line voltage drops. Clip-on DIN rail mount, 72 mm width (8 x 9 mm pitches). Installed as an outgoing device in distribution boards.
Mounting and wiring
Clip onto 35 mm DIN rail; neutral on the left. Terminals accept 1–35 mm² rigid or 1–25 mm² flexible, with biconnect top and bottom. Wire stripping length 14 mm; tightening torque 3.5 N·m. The 68 mm depth fits standard enclosures. Ambient operating range –25 to 40 °C; store –30 to 70 °C. IP20 finger-safe, IP40 when housed in a modular enclosure.
