Product details

The soft starter ramps motor voltage during start and stop, reducing inrush current and mechanical stress. It accepts PTC thermistor input for motor thermal protection and provides five discrete inputs (Stop, Run, LI3, LI4) with positive logic thresholds at State 0: < 5 V and ≤ 2 mA, State 1: > 11 V, ≥ 5 mA. Two discrete logic outputs and three relay outputs (fault, end-of-starting, motor powered) handle status signalling. Modbus RS-485 communication at 4800, 9600, or 19200 bps enables integration with a PLC or SCADA network.

Applications

This soft starter is intended for heavy-duty industrial applications and pump drives, controlling asynchronous motors in conveyors, compressors, fans, and centrifugal loads where controlled acceleration and deceleration protect driven equipment.
