The Schneider ATV630U22S6X is a standard version variable speed drive from the Altivar Process ATV600 series, built for asynchronous and synchronous motors. Rated supply voltage is 600 V, with a continuous output of 4.2 A at 4 kHz switching (normal duty) and 3.1 A at 4 kHz (heavy duty), covering motors up to 3 hp at 600 V normal duty. This unit ships without an internal EMC filter. An external line choke can keep total harmonic current distortion below 48% per IEC 61000-3-12. The integral STO (Safe Torque Off) function meets SIL 3 per IEC 61508 / IEC 13849-1, giving you a safety-rated torque cutoff without an external safety relay module for basic stop functions.
