Standard ATV630 for 5.5 kW motors

The ATV630U55N4: This is a standard version of the ATV630 drive, sized for 5.5 kW normal duty or 4 kW heavy duty on a 380-480 V three-phase supply. It carries an integrated EMC filter rated for 50 m C2 / 150 m C3 cable runs — enough to skip an external filter in many panel layouts. STO (safe torque off) to SIL 3 is built in, covering machine safety without an extra module.

Panel-fit and comms

Wall-mount chassis, forced-convection cooled. Eight discrete inputs (one configurable as a 0-30 kHz pulse input). Modbus serial and Ethernet TCP ports are standard; option slots accept Profibus, Profinet, DeviceNet, CANopen, or I/O extension modules. An adjustable PID regulator is on-board for process loops.
