Sourcing Reality – Active Production, No LTB Pressure
This drive includes a factory-integrated disconnect switch. The variant code in the order number confirms this.
Compliance and Documentation – What You'll Need for the File
This drive carries a dense set of IEC and EN standards: IEC 61800-3 for EMC environments 1 and 2 (category C2 and C3), IEC 61800-5-1 for safety, IEC 61508 / 13849-1 for functional safety, plus IEC 60721-3 for climatic conditions. The integrated EMC filter meets radiated and conducted limits for category C2 up to 50 m cable, and C3 up to 150 m – that's a real advantage in panel layout because you often skip the external input filter. For documentation pack, you'll want the EC Declaration of Conformity covering all the listed standards; the distributor should provide it without a fight. Pollution degree 3 (conductive pollution) means the drive is designed for industrial environments but still benefits from clean air; if your installation sees humidity above 95% RH or conductive dust, you should supplement with panel ventilation and conformal coating on terminals.
Mounting and Environment – Some Real Constraints
Wall mount only, vertical within ±10°. Shock resistance 15 gn for 11 ms, vibration 1 gn up to 200 Hz – solid for pump/fan duty but not meant for direct engine mounting on a genset skid. Noise level 52 dB – you'll hear it in a quiet control room. Supply frequency tolerance is -5 to +5% of 50/60 Hz.
