750 W servo with IP67 — built for washdown zones
The BEH18MF0733MA5C is a 750 W servo motor from Schneider Electric's Lexium 18 range, delivering 2.39 Nm nominal torque at 3000 rpm (220 V single-phase input). The IP67 rating on the housing means the motor body withstands direct hose-down and high-pressure washdown — it is suited for food, beverage, or packaging lines where sanitation cycles are routine.
Torque, speed, and feedback — the motion-relevant numbers
Peak stall torque reaches 8.37 Nm, and the motor can spin up to 6000 rpm mechanically — the 3000 rpm nominal speed at 220 V is the rated operating point. The 17-bit magnetic multi-turn encoder gives 131072 points/turn of speed feedback resolution, which is enough for sub-arcminute position repeatability in indexing or synchronised multi-axis applications.
Mounting and mechanical interface
The motor uses an 80 mm Asian standard flange with four mounting holes. The shaft is 19.0 mm diameter with a parallel key, 35.0 mm shaft length. Maximum radial force on the shaft is 392 N, axial force 147 N — these govern coupling selection and belt-drive overhung loads.
