The shaft is 22 mm diameter with a parallel key, 58 mm shaft length, and the motor ships without a second shaft end. Maximum radial force on the bearing is 686 N; maximum axial force is 196 N — stay within these limits to avoid premature bearing wear.
Torque and speed — 11.5 Nm continuous, 34.5 Nm peak
Continuous stall torque is 11.5 Nm at 380 V three-phase, with a nominal speed of 1500 rpm. The continuous stall current is 7.03 A, and the torque constant is 1.636 N.m/A at 40 °C — useful for the drive tuning loop when matching the motor to a Lexium drive. Peak stall torque reaches 34.5 Nm at 380 V, driven by a maximum permanent current of 21.09 A. This gives a 3× torque overload margin for acceleration through intermittent duty cycles — sizing the drive to supply the peak current avoids torque clipping on fast moves.
Holding brake and feedback — 16 Nm brake, 17-bit absolute encoder
The integrated holding brake delivers 16.0 Nm static holding torque — sufficient to hold a vertical-axis load at the rated torque without power. The brake engages when motor power is removed, preventing Z-axis drift on gantries or elevators during E-stop or power loss. Feedback is a 17-bit magnetic multi-turn absolute encoder — 131,072 counts per revolution with multi-turn range for absolute position retention over 4,096 shaft revolutions. No homing sequence needed on power-up for coordinated multi-axis systems. The back EMF constant is 110.11 V/krpm at 40 °C — at 3000 rpm the generated voltage reaches 330 V, which stays within the DC bus headroom of a 380 V-class drive. The electrical connection uses two M23-style connectors (power + feedback), male on the motor side.
