Overview
The BMI0702P22A is a Schneider Lexium 32i integrated servo motor delivering 2.48 N.m continuous torque across a 208 to 480 V three-phase supply, with a top speed of 8000 rpm and an absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder for position feedback. Rated IP65, it integrates the drive and motor in a single package, eliminating separate cabling and panel space for the drive unit.
Power output scales with line voltage: 400 W at 208 V three-phase, 800 W at 400 V, and 900 W at 480 V, so the same motor delivers roughly double the power on a 400 V line versus 208 V. The 2.48 N.m torque is constant across the voltage range, but the speed at rated power shifts — 1800 rpm at 208 V, 3600 rpm at 400 V, and 4400 rpm at 480 V — meaning the motor is best matched to a load that can use the higher speed at higher voltages.
The BMI0703P07A also produces 900 W at 400 V and 480 V, but only 450 W at 208 V, while the BMI0702P22A reaches 900 W at 480 V and 800 W at 400 V — so the BMI0702P22A is the better fit when the supply is 208 V and the load requires more than 450 W.
