The BMI0702T37A is a single-phase servo motor from Bosch Rexroth's BMI family, built for applications where three-phase supply isn't available. It delivers 700 W nominal output at 230 V single phase, or 400 W on 115 V. Nominal torque is 2.2 Nm at 230 V and 1.7 Nm at 115 V, with a peak stall torque of 6.6 Nm regardless of voltage. Continuous stall torque holds at 2.48 Nm across the 115–230 V range, so the motor can sustain load without thermal derating in that band.
The feedback is an absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder. That mates directly to Bosch Rexroth drives with Hiperface interface; no additional converter needed for position-holding applications. IP65 enclosure means it handles washdown and dust without a secondary cover. Stator resistance is 2.7 Ω and inductance 7.8 mH at 20 °C. Torque constant 0.63 Nm/A, back EMF 42.1 V/krpm. These match the typical tuning range for Bosch Rexroth IndraDrive series; no surprise on the autotuning pass.
