Overview
The BMI1002P12A is a 10-pole Lexium 32i servo motor from Schneider, delivering 6 N.m continuous torque across 208 to 480 V three-phase supplies, with a top speed of 6000 rpm. Its absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder resolves 131072 points per turn over 4096 turns, so the drive knows the shaft position immediately on power-up — no homing move needed. The housing is sealed to IP65 and the shaft to IP54, with natural convection cooling and no holding brake; it mates to a Lexium 32i drive via a printed circuit board connector.
