Versus the BMI1002P31F, the BMI1002P32F uses an absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface encoder (131072 points/turn x 4096 turns) instead of single-turn feedback — select the multiturn version when the application requires absolute position tracking over multiple shaft revolutions. Compared to the BMI1002P32A (without holding brake), the BMI1002P32F includes a holding brake and has a higher rotor inertia (6.77 kg·cm² vs 6.28 kg·cm²) — choose the braked version for vertical-axis loads where power-off holding is required.
