Field note
The BMI1002T06F is a single-phase servo motor from Schneider Electric's BMI series, fitted with an absolute single-turn Hiperface encoder and a holding brake. Motor flange is 100 mm; shaft is 19 mm with an untapped end and no second shaft. Performance depends on the line voltage you apply: at 115 V single-phase it delivers 750 W with a nominal speed of 1400 rpm and 5.4 N·m torque; at 230 V single-phase the output rises to 1300 W at 3000 rpm and 4.4 N·m. Peak stall torque is 14.5 N·m at either voltage. Continuous stall torque holds at 6 N·m across the full 100–240 V range. Feedback is absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface – powers up knowing its position, so no homing sequence on every startup. Holding brake engages at 48.7 lbf·in (5.5 N·m), powered by 8 W. Integrated EMC filter is built into the motor housing; natural convection cooling keeps it simple.
