Motor selection and voltage trade-offs
BMI1002T26A is a 10-pole, 2-stack single-phase servo motor rated for 100...240 V AC supply. At 115 V it delivers 750 W nominal output at 1400 rpm with 5.4 Nm torque; at 230 V it jumps to 1300 W at 3000 rpm but torque drops to 4.4 Nm. That 18% torque reduction at high voltage means this motor is not a constant-torque device across the voltage range—select your supply voltage first, then size the load against the 5.4 Nm / 4.4 Nm curve. Feedback is absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface, so it pairs only with drives that decode that protocol—no HTL, EnDat, or BiSS option here. Expect to match it with a BM line servo drive or a third-party unit supporting Hiperface. Peak stall torque holds at 14.5 Nm regardless of supply voltage, useful for short overloads. Continuous stall torque is 6 Nm, limited by thermal capacity of the natural-convection cooling.
Flange size is 100 mm (3.9 in) per IEC standard, centring collar 95 mm diameter, depth 3.5 mm. Four mounting holes at 9 mm diameter. Shaft: 19 mm diameter, 40 mm length, untapped, no second shaft end. Allow clearance for the printed-circuit-board connector on the rear. IP65 rating means the motor can handle hose-down if the mating connector is also IP65. Integrated EMC filter on the power leads simplifies panel layout—no external filter needed for typical installations, but check drive cable length limits in your installation manual; some drives require an additional output choke beyond a certain run.
