What the BMI1002T31F delivers on your motion axis
The Schneider Electric BMI1002T31F is a single-phase servomotor from the BMI series. It delivers 750W at 115 V single phase or 1300 W at 230 V single phase, with a continuous stall torque of 6 N.m and a peak stall torque of 14.5 N.m. The absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface feedback gives you exact rotor position on power-up — no homing routine needed. An integrated holding brake holds 5.5 N.m, so vertical or inclined loads stay put when the drive is off. The IP65 enclosure and integrated EMC filter let this motor run in washdown zones without external hardware.
Mechanical and mounting fit
Flange measures 100 mm (3.9 in) with a centring collar depth of 3.5 mm (0.1 in). The keyed shaft is 19 mm diameter x 40 mm long, with a 6 mm key width. Natural convection cooling — no fan required. Cable connection is via a printed circuit board connector. Axial force limit is 0.2 x radial force, and radial force at 1000 rpm is rated for 990 N, derating to 580 N at 5000 rpm.
