The BMI1003P12F: The absolute multiturn SinCos Hiperface feedback keeps position on power loss—no homing cycle needed on restart. Integrated EMC filter saves an external box on the line side. Natural convection cooling means no fan to fail, but watch continuous stall torque (8.5 N·m) in a tight cabinet; derate if the ambient climbs much above 40 °C. Rated for 208–480 V three-phase, 50/60 Hz ±5 %. Stator inductance 11.43 mH, resistance 2.31 Ω at 20 °C. Peak stall torque 19.2 N·m across the voltage range—enough for short overloads. The 10-pole design gives smooth low-speed torque for direct-drive or low-ratio applications.
