BMI1003P26A is a 10-pole three-phase servo motor from the BMI series. Its output torque and nominal speed shift with the supply voltage: 7.2 N·m at 1500 rpm on 208 V three-phase, 6.8 N·m at 3000 rpm on 400 V, and 5.6 N·m at 3700 rpm on 480 V. Continuous stall torque is 8.5 N·m across the full voltage range, drawing 4 A continuous stall current. Peak stall torque reaches 19.2 N·m regardless of voltage. Nominal output power: 1000 W at 208 V, 2000 W at 400 V, 2100 W at 480 V. Maximum current Irms is 26.7 A across the 208–480 V range.
Feedback, cooling, and mechanical interface
Feedback is handled by an absolute single-turn SinCos Hiperface encoder. No holding brake is fitted; the shaft is untapped with a 19 mm diameter and 40 mm length. The motor flange follows the international standard (100 mm bolt circle, 95 mm centring collar, 3.5 mm centring collar depth). Mounting via through-holes at 9 mm diameter. Cooling is by natural convection only — no external fan or forced air required. An integrated EMC filter helps meet conducted emission limits without an external filter block. Electrical connection is via a printed circuit board connector, which mates to a matching drive-side connector (not included). Stator resistance is 2.31 Ω and inductance 11.43 mH at 20 °C; back EMF constant is 112 V/krpm. The torque constant is 1.7 N·m/A at the same temperature.
