The BMXDAO1615 is a Schneider Modicon X80 discrete output module packing 16 isolated triac outputs rated 3 A each at 24...240 V AC (20...264 V AC). It draws 20 W from the backplane and is sealed to IP20. Dielectric strength is 3000 V AC at 50/60 Hz for 1 minute, and the module withstands 30 gn shock. Output overload protection uses a varistor; an external 4 A fast-blow fuse per group is required. Lifecycle status is active, meaning current production and full distribution support.

Selection vs BMXDAO1615H

The BMXDAO1615H is the same 16-channel triac module but with conformal coating for severe environments and a reduced per-channel current of 1.2 A. Choose the BMXDAO1615 for standard environments and full 3 A drive; the BMXDAO1615H for corrosive or humid conditions where the coating matters more than current headroom.
