Overview

The BMXFCC1001 is a Schneider Modicon X80 preformed cordset, order code BMXFCC1001, terminated with a 40-way connector on one end and a single HE10 connector on the other, at a cable length of 10.0 m. It carries 20 wires with a 0.324 mm² section and is designed for I/O modules with 40-way connectors.

The HE10 connector mates directly with Telefast Advantys sub-bases, which distribute the signals to screw-clamp or spring-cage terminals for field wiring. No intermediate breakout board is needed.

Applications

Used within Schneider Modicon X80 and M340 I/O racks, this cordset connects a 40-way digital or analog input/output module to a remote termination panel. Typical on machine control cabinets, conveyor systems, and process skids where the I/O rack is physically separated from the field wiring marshalling.
