Overview
The BMXFCC101 is a Schneider Modicon X80 preformed cordset, order code BMXFCC101, 1.0 m long, terminated with one 40-way connector on one end and one HE10 connector on the other, carrying 20 wires of 0.324 mm² section. It is designed to connect Modicon Telefast ABE7 sub-bases to I/O modules with 40-way connectors, serving as a ready-made wiring harness for Modicon X80 distributed I/O racks.
This cordset bridges the 40-way connector on a Telefast ABE7 sub-base to a single HE10 header on the I/O module side. The 20-wire count matches the signal lines needed for a 20-channel I/O module. The preformed construction eliminates field-termination errors and saves panel wiring time — the connector pinout is fixed at the factory, so the installer simply plugs both ends.
