Overview
The BMXFCC501 is a Schneider Modicon X80 preformed cordset, 5.0 m long, terminated with one 40-way connector and one HE10 connector. The wire section is 0.324 mm², and the assembly carries 20 wires total. It connects Modicon Telefast sub-bases to I/O modules with 40-way connectors, serving as a ready-made cable for cabinet wiring.
This cordset bridges the 40-way connector on a Modicon X80 or M340 I/O module to the HE10 header on a Telefast sub-base, eliminating point-to-point wiring. The 0.324 mm² wire section suits the signal-level currents typical of digital and analog I/O channels. The 5.0 m length provides enough reach from the I/O rack to a remote sub-base mounted elsewhere in the cabinet or on a machine frame.
