It is rated for distribution applications per EN/IEC 60947-2, with a breaking capacity code of F — 36 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC 50/60 Hz. The thermal-magnetic trip provides L protection (overload, thermal) and I protection (short-circuit, magnetic).
At 415 V AC the 36 kA Icu gives solid headroom for most industrial panelboards and motor control centers. At 480 V AC the rating holds at 25 kA Icu per UL 60947-4-1, and at 600 V AC it drops to 10 kA Icu — still adequate for light-duty 600 V feeders.
No phase-out or last-time-buy has been announced.
IP40 front face and IK07 impact resistance suit enclosed panel installation; not rated for washdown.
Electrical durability and power dissipation
Rated for 50,000 mechanical cycles and 30,000 electrical cycles at 440 V In. At 690 V In the electrical durability drops to 10,000 cycles — a consideration if the breaker sees frequent switching under high voltage. Power dissipation is 8.8 W per pole, or 26.4 W total at full load, which drives thermal rise inside a sealed enclosure and may require derating above 40 °C.
