The C10F6TM063C is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX100F moulded-case circuit breaker with a 63 A thermal-magnetic TM-D trip unit, 4 poles, and a breaking capacity code of F — 36 kA Icu at 415 V AC. The TM-D trip gives you L (thermal) overload protection and I (magnetic) short-circuit protection in one block — no electronic adjustments, no auxiliary power needed. At 63 A and 50 °C ambient, it's sized for a feeder or a large submain in a 400 V class installation.
Breaking capacity — what the F code means in practice
At higher voltages the rating drops — 25 kA at 500 V, 22 kA at 525 V, 8 kA at 690 V — so if your line side is a 690 V transformer secondary, this frame still works but coordination gets tighter.
The 4-pole body is 140 mm wide, 161 mm tall, 86 mm deep, with a 35 mm connection pitch that matches standard busbar systems.
Endurance and duty cycle
Mechanical durability is 50,000 cycles; electrical durability varies with load — 30,000 cycles at rated current 440 V, 10,000 cycles at 690 V. That's enough for a main breaker that sees infrequent switching, but if you're cycling it weekly as a disconnect, the 50,000-cycle mechanical life gives decades of service.
