The C10W4TM080 is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX100HB2 molded-case circuit breaker, 4-pole, rated 80 A at 40 °C with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit. The trip provides L (thermal) protection for overloads and I (magnetic) protection for short-circuits — standard two-step curve for distribution feeders. Breaking capacity is the headline number here: 100 kA Icu at 690 V AC, 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2. At 500 V and 525 V AC the same 100 kA Icu holds. The 80 A frame with an 80 A trip unit means no derating headroom — the trip rating matches the frame. If the load exceeds 80 A continuous, the thermal element will open.
