The TM-D is a fixed-trip, non-interchangeable design — what you see is what you get: 80 A, no field-swap trip blocks. If your enclosure runs hotter, you derate; the datasheet curve governs that. The thermal-magnetic trip gives instantaneous magnetic protection for short circuits and a thermal bimetal for overloads, no earth-leakage module fitted. It's a distribution breaker, not a motor-protection device — use it for cable and busbar protection in sub-distribution boards.
Mounts on a backplate in horizontal or vertical orientation, flat against the back. The 9-module pitch at 81 mm wide and 137 mm tall fits standard distribution board cutouts. Connection is front-front via compression lugs or busbars; the 35 mm pitch with spreaders, 27 mm without, matters when you're laying out busbar runs — account for that spacing before drilling the backplate.
