The C11B6TM040L is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSXm moulded-case circuit breaker, 4-pole (4P), rated 40 A at 40 °C with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit. The EN/IEC 60947-2 standard certifies it for isolation (marked on the device) and overcurrent protection in distribution boards.

Backplate-mounted in a distribution panel, 12-module 9 mm pitch width (108 mm), 137 mm tall, 80 mm deep. Front connections top and bottom — Everlink lugs accept 2.5 to 95 mm² rigid or stranded aluminium/copper, or 2.5 to 70 mm² flexible copper. Neutral on the left. The IP40 enclosure keeps dust out of a clean indoor panel; IK07 impact rating handles accidental tool drops during commissioning.

Electrical durability and operating conditions
