The C25B4TM200C is a Schneider Electric ComPacT NSX250B 4-pole moulded-case circuit breaker with a TM-D thermal-magnetic trip unit rated 200 A at 50 °C. The TM-D trip gives you fixed thermal protection for overloads (the L curve) and fixed magnetic protection for short circuits (the I curve), which means no adjustment dials to set; it's a straightforward, no-nonsense choice for a standard distribution application where you don't need electronic tuning. The breaking capacity is 25 kA Icu at 380/415 V AC 50/60 Hz per IEC 60947-2, with higher ratings at lower voltages — 40 kA at 220/240 V and 20 kA at 440 V.
Mounts on a backplate — no DIN rail here, so plan for bolt-down installation. The 4-pole footprint means it takes up a full four-module width in a distribution board. Both line and load connections are front-facing, which keeps wiring accessible in a tight cabinet.
What else to know
Mechanical durability is rated at 20,000 cycles; electrical durability varies with load — 20,000 cycles at half-rated current, 10,000 at full rated current. No earth-leakage protection built in; if you need that, you'll add a Vigi module externally.
