It's built for control-circuit switching in panels, not for direct motor loads — the utilisation categories (AC-15, AC-14, DC-13) tell you it's rated for solenoid and contactor coils, pilot lamps, and similar inductive or resistive control loads up to 690 V.
The 3 NO + 2 NC pole arrangement gives you three normally-open and two normally-closed auxiliary contacts on one relay — enough to seal in a starter, signal a PLC, and drop an alarm without stacking a second relay. The 220 V AC coil is a standard voltage for many control transformers, so it slots into existing 230 V control schemes without a separate supply. Snap-in terminals mean it clips directly onto a DIN rail; no tools needed for mounting, just a screwdriver for the wiring.
Where it lives in the panel
The IP2X front face protection (VDE 0106) means accidental finger contact with live parts is prevented, which is the minimum for a control panel with a closed door.
Rated for operation from -40 °C to 60 °C, with derating allowed up to 70 °C. Storage range is -60 °C to 80 °C. It handles 10 Gn shock for 11 ms when open, 15 Gn when closed, and vibration up to 4 Gn at 5–300 Hz closed. That's enough for most industrial machinery — conveyors, pumps, compressors — but not for high-shock applications like stamping presses without additional isolation.
